Well it’s finally out there, can’t take it back now. That’s the scary and surreal feeling that comes from putting out music that you’ve been working on for far too long. I’m glad that these songs are out there for people to hear, for them to love or hate…

I recorded these songs countless times over the past year and they never came together the way that I wanted them too. I have several versions of all of these songs ranging from full instrumentation with strings to completely stripped down (basically what this album is). When all was said and done I simply needed to get these songs out there so I could move on to new songs and fresh writing. I decided that doing a one take, live off the floor record might be the best way for people to experience these songs and get to know me. I recorded this record over an afternoon in my living room, I hope you enjoy it and thanks for listening.
